Watch Germany vs Serbia Live Streaming and Highlights FIFA World Cup 2010 here. The soccer fans all over the world might have their favorite teams to support but the tournament is getting hotter and most unpredictable by the day and the match.

One such match of the FIFA World Cup is the battle between Germany vs Serbia, which is scheduled on the 18th of June at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, Port Elizabeth, South Africa . Ironically both the teams began their World Cup matches with a draw.

“It was a very negative start for us. We had our opportunities, but we couldn’t make the most out of them. Now, we have to show the desire to overcome our difficulties.”

The issue has become a do-or-die affair for the Serbians. They had a very good 2010 World Cup qualification campaign and they cannot afford to let their dream of shining on the world stage fade away by going too soon. Fully aware of Serbia’s

condition and ready to bounce back, forward Milan Jovanovic called for courage against Germany. The player analyzed the situation, explaining to the media:

“Our defeat against Ghana as influenced our mood. We expected to win the match and we are all hurt by the failure to do so.

We couldn’t accomplish our aim against an inferior opponent. Now we are in a position where it’s imperative for us to get as many points as possible against better teams than us [Germany and Australia].

Milan Jovanovic continued:

“Against Australia, Germany were very impressive. So far, this is the team that has made the biggest impact [with a 4-0 victory]. They are like a machine. They have seven players going forward. If we want to upset them, we will have to show no fear and also play at our best, because we will be facing a better team.”

Serbia will certainly need to play a game plan that will prevent Germany from the midfield to attack. Actually, Joachim

Lowe’s boys are fast and looking for nothing else than to score. Bayern Munich’s trio composed of Muller, Lucas Podolski, and Miroslav Klose has offered Germany the perfect way to stay true to their style of play.

Milan Baros look alike Sami Khedira ruled out any sign of complacency from the German side, but underlined the team’s confidence ahead of the clash.

“The Serbians have a lot of quality. They have fantastic footballers. The game will be a very different one from what we played against Australia. Serbia are really fired up to play against us. They really want to beat us. If they lose, it will mean that they’ll be out. To concentrate from the start, just as we did against Australia, will be key. But we will win the match if we stick to our game plan.”

In fact, the Germans proved on Match-day One that Michael Ballack’s absence from the squad wasn’t a burden but rather the greatest source of motivation. The players in the squad seem very much aware of the extra effort that needs to be generated by each individual in order to cover all the obstacles that worried Coach Joachim Lowe in terms of squad selection ahead of the 2010 World Cup.
